Vividvforge is a logistics company headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, operating domestic freight, international shipping, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services for Canadian businesses. We serve manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce operators whose shipments cross provincial and international boundaries regularly enough that consistent, documented performance matters to their bottom line. Our typical client moves between 10 and 500 freight units per month and values reliable transit times and accurate documentation over the lowest possible rate. We are not the right fit for one-off personal moves or consignments under 50 kg that are better served by courier-parcel networks — and we say so directly when enquiries of that type arrive. The teal-modern operations centre at our Waverly Street facility processes roughly 3,200 shipment files per month across all four service lines.
How We Work — Process, Values, and the Specifics That Matter

When Vividvforge was established in 2014, the founding team made three operational decisions that still define how the business runs today. First, every shipment file is assigned to a named coordinator who is the client's single point of contact from booking to delivery — we do not rotate queries through a general inbox. Second, our on-time measurement is external: a shipment is on-time only if it arrives within the confirmed window; internal transit delays do not get reclassified. Third, service credits for within-scope delays are issued proactively — clients do not need to submit a claim form. Over ten years and approximately 380,000 closed shipment files, this operating model has produced a 97.4% on-time rate on our direct-lane network. Our team of 34 includes 12 drivers who are direct employees, 8 operations coordinators, a 5-person warehousing team, and 9 administrative and management staff. We have completed over 600 cross-border shipment files to US destinations since establishing our border-coordination service in 2017. Honest service limits matter to us: we do not offer bonded storage, frozen warehousing, or customs brokerage, and we refer clients who need these to specialists rather than attempt them ourselves.
