Vividvforge's international shipping service is built around the Canada-US corridor, with onward coordination for transatlantic and transpacific ocean freight through vetted NVOCC partners. For US-bound cargo, we prepare and review all commercial invoices, NAFTA/CUSMA certificates of origin, and ACE/ACI customs entries before the shipment reaches the border — reducing clearance times significantly. Air freight bookings through Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport are available for time-critical cargo with a lead time of 24 hours. We do not act as a licensed customs broker ourselves, but we maintain relationships with four brokers at the Emerson and Pembina crossings and coordinate the entire process on your behalf.

Canada-US Road Freight
Dedicated and consolidated truck movements on the Winnipeg–Minneapolis, Winnipeg–Chicago, and Winnipeg–Detroit corridors. Transit times range from one to three days depending on destination and service level. All CBSA and CBP filing is coordinated before departure.
Ocean Freight Coordination
For transoceanic shipments, we consolidate your cargo to Vancouver or Toronto, coordinate with NVOCC partners for FCL or LCL bookings, and manage the export documentation package. Origin-to-port transit is fully tracked on our system; ocean voyage tracking is integrated via partner API.
Air Freight — Time-Critical Cargo
Urgent cross-border or intercontinental shipments move via Winnipeg YWG with connecting hubs at YYZ or YVR. We prepare airway bills, dangerous goods declarations, and shippers' letters of instruction. Typical booking-to-departure lead time is 24 hours for standard cargo.
Customs Documentation Preparation
We review and prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and HS code assignments before submission to the licensed broker. Clients who provide accurate product data experience clearance delays in fewer than 2% of shipments on our managed account service.

Vividvforge is not a licensed customs broker, freight forwarder for ocean freight, or IATA cargo agent. For shipments requiring regulated brokerage, we coordinate with our vetted partners and you will see their fees itemised on your invoice. Customs clearance outcomes depend on accurate commodity descriptions, correct valuation, and regulatory compliance — if documentation provided by the client contains errors, delays and re-filing costs fall outside our service credit policy. We strongly recommend involving our coordinator at the quoting stage for any new commodity or destination country to identify compliance requirements before goods are packed.
