Our Core Network, Described Honestly
We operate 14 active fixed-schedule lanes; outside these, we coordinate with vetted carriers.
Vividvforge's own vehicles run scheduled lanes between Winnipeg and the following points: Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Thunder Bay, Toronto, and Minneapolis–St. Paul. Transit times on these lanes are guaranteed in writing at booking. Beyond this network — Vancouver Island, Atlantic Canada, Northern Ontario, and international destinations outside the US — we coordinate freight through vetted carrier partners. You still receive a single file number, single invoice, and single contact, but transit times on partner lanes are confirmed rather than guaranteed. We disclose this distinction clearly in every quote so you can make a fully informed decision.
Coverage by Service Line
Each service has different geographic reach — here is what to expect from each one.
Domestic Freight
Direct scheduled lanes to Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Thunder Bay, and Toronto. LTL consolidation extends coverage to most Canadian postal codes via partner terminals. Average transit on direct lanes: 1–3 days. Partner-extended coverage: 2–6 days.
International Shipping
Direct coordination to US Midwest and Eastern states via road. Ocean freight origin consolidation from Winnipeg to Vancouver (YVR gateway) or Toronto (YYZ gateway) for destinations worldwide. Air freight via Winnipeg YWG to all IATA destinations.
Warehousing
Single facility at 1450 Waverly Street, Winnipeg. Inbound accepted from any Canadian origin or US cross-border shipment. Outbound dispatched on any Vividvforge service line or client-nominated carrier.
Last-Mile Delivery
Active delivery zones: City of Winnipeg, East St. Paul, West St. Paul, Steinbach, Portage la Prairie, and Selkirk. Outside this 80-km radius, last-mile is arranged through partner carriers with standard two-day notice.
How to Check Whether Your Route Is Covered

If your origin or destination does not appear in our direct network list, please contact us before assuming we cannot help. In approximately 70% of enquiries involving non-listed destinations, we are able to provide a coordinated solution through our partner network at a competitive rate. For the remaining 30%, we will tell you honestly that another provider is better positioned, and refer you accordingly. We would rather decline a booking we cannot serve well than accept one that ends in a missed delivery and a damaged relationship.
