42,000 sq ft of clean, temperature-monitored storage in Winnipeg's south logistics corridor — with same-day dispatch on inbound stock.
Storage is only useful if goods can be found, accessed, and dispatched without delay.
Our Waverly Street facility operates Monday through Saturday and processes inbound receipts within four hours of truck arrival — every pallet is labelled, scanned into the WMS, and assigned a bin location before the receiving team breaks for the day. Storage bays accommodate standard EUR and CAN pallets, racked to 10-metre height, with ground-level bays available for oversized items. A dedicated cross-dock lane allows goods arriving from one carrier to be consolidated and re-dispatched on a different outbound service within the same business day, cutting storage costs for transient freight. The building is monitored 24/7 by camera and alarm, with a night security officer on-site. Insurance coverage up to $2 million CAD per occurrence is included in the standard storage agreement.
From bulk pallet storage to pick-and-pack and cross-dock, matched to what your supply chain actually needs.
Monthly pallet rates with no minimum contract period for most clients. Inventory reports are generated every Monday and emailed automatically. Spot checks are conducted quarterly to reconcile physical counts against WMS records, with any discrepancy reported within 24 hours.
We pick individual SKUs from bulk stock, pack to your specification or our standard carton sizes, apply your branded labels, and dispatch on the outbound service of your choice. Suitable for e-commerce sellers dispatching 50–2,000 orders per week through a Winnipeg-based inventory pool.
Freight arriving from multiple origins is unloaded, sorted, and re-loaded onto a single outbound vehicle in our cross-dock lane. Reduces total freight cost for shippers consolidating from several Prairie suppliers before an Ontario or BC delivery.
A 4,000 sq ft section of the facility maintains 2–8°C for food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic products requiring cold-chain integrity. Temperature logs are recorded every 15 minutes and available in your client portal. We do not currently offer frozen storage below 0°C.
A full inventory file and transparent billing, alongside honest scope limits.
At the end of every month, each warehousing client receives a consolidated statement showing opening inventory, all receipts and dispatches, closing inventory, and the invoiced storage and handling charges broken down to the pallet or SKU level. We do not currently offer bonded (customs-controlled) storage, hazardous materials storage above Class 3, or frozen storage below 0°C. If your product requires any of these, please advise at enquiry stage so we can refer you to an appropriate facility rather than accept a booking we cannot safely fulfil.
“We moved our Winnipeg inventory to Vividvforge's warehouse in the spring of 2023 after our previous provider miscounted stock three quarters in a row. In fourteen months with Vividvforge, the Monday inventory report has always matched our own system. That alone has saved us significant reconciliation time every week.”
